Regarding the recent reports regarding COVID-19, the team at Villa Fiamegou would like to assure you that you are properly equipped, prepared and following all measures according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, taking all necessary precautions to see the safe and pleasant stay at our hotel. As we all continue to adjust our behavior, we wanted to reassure you and advise you of the additional health and safety measures we are taking to help keep our guests and employees safe:
- All spa staff clean/disinfect guest rooms every day.
- All frequently touched surfaces are disinfected daily with additional disinfectant / antiseptic (public doorknobs, etc.).
- There is hand sanitizer in common areas that you can use.
- Bottles of hand sanitizer are available in each room. You can take these bottles with you.
- Staff have been trained in preventing the spread of the coronavirus and we will continue to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness remains our first priority in every aspect of our operation.
Coronaviruses are spread from an infected person through respiratory droplets produced when a sick person coughs or sneezes, through contact such as shaking hands, and by touching something that has the virus on it, then your mouth, nose or eyes before washing your hands. For this reason, we recommend that you take additional precautions.
- Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap is not available.
- When you go in or sneeze, cover the area with your elbow or a tissue, not your hand.
- Throw away all used tissues as soon as possible and then wash your hands.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth without washing your hands.
- Clean frequently used surfaces such as toilets, mobile phones, laptops and other electronics, door handles, armrests and seat tables (for flights), bedside tables, TV and air conditioner remote controls, suitcase handles.
The health and well-being of our guests, team members and everyone visiting our property is our high priority.
